The RoofStar Vegetated Roof Guarantee is a multi-faceted guarantee program that underwrites green roofs and develops clear, rational and objective material and construction standards. The program trains professional installers, engages the commitment of contractors, growers and manufacturers, and builds a network of qualified, independent observers. The program includes a mandatory maintenance component.

MATERIALS: Pre-screened. Scrutinized. Objectively measured. Meet or exceed testing & manufacturing standards.
PROFESSIONALS: Work is done by trained professionals with independent certification.
FINANCIAL COMMITMENT: The RoofStar Guarantee Program requires material bonds from manufacturers and performance bonds from contractors.
INDEPENDENT REVIEWS: Observers holding a Green Roof Professional, or GRP, designation provide oversight and help guide the project.
