T3 Bayside

Nature-Focused Workplaces

T3 Bayside is the “tallest timber office building” in North America to date and joins a series of innovative, nature-focused workplaces built on the concept of biophilic design. Designed by 3XN, WZMH Architects and Janet Rosenberg & Studio, it features a TerraExt extensive pre-grown green roof system to keep the building cooler, manage stormwater and help with climate resilience.

Biophilic Design Meets Municipal Mandates

T3 Bayside tower with its many sustainability features will obtain LEED Gold (and possibly Platinum), meeting Waterfront Toronto’s mandatory Green Building requirements, and reaching IWBI WELL Certification.
