Designed by Milenov Associates Architects & Planners, this low maintenance, extensive soilless green roof provided the ideal solution for Precise ParkLink for their office retrofit in an industrial area of Toronto. The industrial retrofit required soft landscaping to meet Toronto’s Zoning By-law 569-2013.
With the green roof, Precise ParkLink was granted a variance, helping them save valuable parking space at ground level. This is an excellent ROI and puts an underutilized roof to work managing stormwater, increasing biodiversity and providing cooling benefits.
