Developed by the Daniels Corporation, One Cole is the first residential condo that kicked off the award-winning Regent Park Revitalization. Included among the building’s many innovative and eco-friendly elements is the soilless, lightweight green roof system. Approximately 1000 square metres of this low maintenance system was installed in 2013 to help manage stormwater in Toronto’s urban core. It offers other benefits such as energy savings, providing much needed green space and helping mitigate climate change.
