Aquabella on Bayside

Native & Biodiverse

Aquabella at Bayside is a LEED Platinum luxury condo complex designed by 3XN, FORREC and Kirkor Architects Planner. The buildings feature BioBerm™ plant plugs that are integrated with the Terra Ext extensive green roof system to enhance biodiversity and meet the Toronto Green Standard. While invisible to most, this ecological haven next to Lake Ontario is a thriving habitat for many species of insects and pollinators.

Native & Biodiverse

Aquabella’s biodiverse rooftops provide multiple environmental benefits. On-site rainwater is collected from the rooftop and reused for irrigation purposes. Stormwater management, urban heat island mitigation and energy savings are among numerous sustainability elements to help the building earn LEED Platinum Certification.
