LiteN’Less™ Blue is an innovative, patent-pending product that helps our buildings adapt to climate change. LiteN’Less™ Blue consists of a lightweight yet highly absorbent “sponge” layer that is thermally bonded to a 3D entangled mesh.
LiteN’Less™ Blue comes in flexible rolls that are easily installed on rooftops and ballasted with aggregates or permeable pavers to create a “blue roof” for stormwater management.
LiteN’Less™ Blue is highly adaptable and can be combined with a vegetated roof for a “blue-green roof”, or under rooftop photovoltics for a “blue-solar roof” or combined with both for “blue-green-solar roof” for maximum benefit and performance.
XF525 is a geo-composite composed of a drainage core of fused three-dimensional entangled polypropylene filaments thermally bonded to a non-woven water retention fleece made of 100% recycled mixed synthetic and natural fibers. It detains and retains runoff to control stormwater at the source.
XF525 enables designers to easily transform any rooftops into stormwater management tools. Its lightweight yet absorbent fleece retains 32 mm (1.3”) of rainfall to meet most municipalities’ stormwater requirements, providing an economical stormwater management option.
XF525 also increases the water storage capacity of any green roofs, thus enhancing their stormwater management capabilities. The retention fleece captures 32 l/m2 (0.79 gal/ft2) of water during rainfall events. This greatly educes site runoff and irrigation needs.
