Stormwater Management, Energy Savings and Enjoyable Amenity Space

Sustainability was a main factor in the execution of this project. While Halton Township did not submit for LEED certification, LEED principals were carried forward during the design and construction of this project. The facility maximizes energy efficiency, water conservation and storm water management. It has a terraced green roof that offers greater insulation and a reduction in the amount of energy needed to moderate building temperatures.
